Howard`s Donuts in Arlington

They were great. I ordered them yesterday and was able to pick them up first thing this morning. The guy behind the counter was super friendly and very welcoming. Prices were great too. I highly recommend this place.

My husband brings a box of donuts from here a lot, both home and to his work. Poor guy only gets one before they are snatched by family or coworkers. Very delicious, and I don't like sweet things.

Don’t give great customer service to certain people and then be rude to others and try to rush them. Then if I give you my card in your hand don’t throw it on the counter along with the receipt. Worst experience here ever. I’ve been coming here for years and this was by far the worst experience ever. My first time being served by this particular individual too. We aren’t in the “Good Ole Boy Days” anymore. Treat everyone with respect. I am disgusted by the way this woman treated me. Never again!

Best donuts in Memphis with fantastic service! Went with my brother and nephews two weekends ago. My brother had already paid when the 2-yr old found a “kitty cat” donut that he wanted. One of the employees interrupted his conversation to get my nephew the donut and handed him the bag to carry. Gibson’s, Dunkin and Krispy Kreme have nothing on Howard’s on 64.

This is one of if not the best donut places in town. The people that work there are very friendly. The price of the donuts are very cheap compared to other donut shops. The quality is still very good even though the price is less. If you haven't tried their donuts you are missing out.

Service was wonderful, they prepared me something I asked for. It was delicious.

Just gotta say, it's a good and tasty place to get some great fresh donuts, they are 200 times better than dunkin, they also have good customer service, of course the place is small, but it's great to sit down and just enjoy a donut and some coffee with the friends and family.

The older lady that works there is rude. How do you run out of glazed, one of the more popular flavors that people eat. I think I will drive the extra 15 minutes and go to Gibson’s. That lady sure gave me a great lesson today in how not to give good customer service.

I just got back from here. Everything was perfect and fresh. I.E. the doughnut holes were perfect little fluffy clouds of awesome with just the correct amount of glaze. The service was fantastic, efficient and VERY friendly. I live on the other side of HWY 70 in Bartlett and will happily skip every doughnut place in between to go to this one.

Great donuts but the older lady that works here... has got to be by far the rudest woman Ive ever encountered. I try to support Lakeland businesses but I’d rather drive to Gibson’s donuts! Won’t be back !

They are always friendly and make a great variety box for work! And yes they will sell you an entire box of doughnut hole because you have a person who LOVES those things!
